Dennis Latta
Construction Manager
From seismic modifications and green building practices to tenant improvements and new construction, Dennis Latta specializes in the successful management of multi-million-dollar commercial projects. During his nearly 20-year career he has overseen major renovations for such recognized names as The Gap, Charles Schwab, Union Bank of California, and Citibank. Dennis graduated from Antioch University West in San Francisco with a degree in environmental design and is a LEED Accredited Professional with the U.S. Green Building Council.
