Nate McCarty
Property Manager
Nate McCarty joined The Pyramid Center in 2010 as Property Manager. McCarty is responsible for the overall operation of The Pyramid Center, including interfacing with the Cushman & Wakefield leasing team, supervising all tenant build-outs and capital projects, managing tenant relations, and bidding out all service contracts on a periodic basis. Prior to joining The Pyramid Center, McCarty was Director of Leasing and Property Management for ECB Management Services, Inc. He is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association’s Codes and Regulations Committee. He holds an MBA in Sustainability and Strategic Planning from the San Francisco Institute of Architecture, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Southwestern University, and the dual designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) from BOMI International. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. |
