The Pyramid Center is professionally managed by an on-site team provided by a world-renowned high-rise management company — a team committed to servicing the tenants of both The Transamerica Pyramid and 505 Sansome at The Pyramid Center at the highest level. Security
The Pyramid Center offers 24-hour staffed security, closed circuit TV surveillance monitors and card key access. In addition, The Transamerica Pyramid offers a separate messenger center for secured package delivery and a safeguarded, secured parking garage.

 

Concierge
The Pyramid Center provides a full-service, 24-hour concierge on-site who can assist with professional, personal and informational services, including ticket purchasing, reservations and customized tenant services.

48th Floor Conference Room
Pyramid Center tenants are entitled to use The Transamerica Pyramid’s 48th Floor meeting room by appointment, which features dramatic 360-degree views from every point of the room for up to 100 people.

Onsite Services & Businesses
In addition to the dry cleaning and auto detailing available in the garage of The Transamerica Pyramid, The Pyramid Center offers other on-site food and services, such as Specialties Bakery and Lunches, a Starbucks, a copy facility and on-site dry storage units.

Parking & Transportation
Private valet parking in the underground garage at The Transamerica Pyramid is for exclusive use of Pyramid Center tenants and their authorized guests with security clearance. The parking garage offers security and convenience, and features services such as auto detailing and dry cleaning drop-off and pick-up. Additional convenient parking is located nearby for Pyramid Center visitors.

The Pyramid Center offers convenient access to highways I-80, US-101 and I-280, as well as to BART, bus systems and ferries. The Pyramid Center is close to both San Francisco and Oakland International Airports.
